Yunfei Li

Chairman, President & CEO

Yunfei Li has served as the Chairman of our board, the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company since March 1, 2016. He has more than 20 years’ management experience in industries of real estate development, battery, and new energy. Since 2014, he has been designated as the Vice President of Dalian BAK Power, the Company’s subsidiary, in charge of manufacturing facilities construction, government relations and business development. Prior to his service to Dalian BAK Power, Ltd, from 2010 to 2014, Mr. Yunfei Li had been in management role for several new energy and real estate development companies. Prior to that, from 2003 to 2010, he served Shenzhen BAK Battery, a former subsidiary of the Company, as Director of Construction Department, Director of Comprehensive Management Department, and Assistant to President. Mr. Yunfei Li holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Liao Yuan Vocational Technical College.

 

Jiewei Li

Chief Financial Officer; Secretary of the Board of Directors

Mr. Li has served as our Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of the Board of Directors since August 22, 2023. He had been the Company’s investor relations manager since 2021. Prior to joining the Company, from 2018 to 2021, Mr. Li had worked at multiple fund management companies in China where he focused on structuring various investment products. Before that, from 2014 to 2018, he had worked for several renowned American real estate developers in their fund management departments, responsible for capital market affairs. Mr. Li received a Master’s Degree in Political and Public Administration from the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2014.

 

 

 

Xiujun Tian

Deputy General Manager and General Engineer

Mr. Xiujun Tian is an engineer with 15 years experience in Li-ion battery R&D and technical management. Prior to his service to CBAK as general engineer and deputy general manager, Mr. Tian had served Weltmeister as technical director in establishing the Weltmeister Battery Academy. Before joining Weltmeister, Mr. Tian had been responsible for the establishment of Dalian BAK and its production lines.
